	Compensation &amp; Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation packages.

	Compliance &amp; Labor Relations: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; manage DOLE-related matters and legal compliance.

	Qualifications

	Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

	Experience: At least 3–5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the BPO industry.

	Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and BPO operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

	Amenable to work onsite in Makati (Dayshift Schedule)
