<h1>Risk Management Officer</h1>

This role is open to eager individuals who have an interest in the world of finance and the blockchain. For this role, we are looking for people with experience handling risk-related issues or risk management practices. 	<li>Proven experience or willing to learn in conducting enterprise risk assessments, designing risk mitigation plans, and engaging with regulatory bodies.</li>
	<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.</li>
	<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Experience in writing policies and procedures is valued, though not required.</li>
	<li>It is a plus to have knowledge or experience of AMLA, BSP Circulars, and FATF guidelines.</li>

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Job requirements:

	<li>Assist in the design of the packaged software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.</li>
	<li>Develop an application prototype and conduct a conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options.</li>
	<li>Configure the system to match the design.</li>
	<li>Manage the migration of configurations across instances.</li>
	<li>Assist other teams with understanding the functional impact of various configuration options.</li>
	<li>Assist in the design of the packaged software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.</li>
	<li>Component test the system configuration.</li>
	<li>Complete the configuration rationale documentation.</li>
	<li>Participate in additional testing including assembly test of R.I.C.E.F.W. work units and system test.</li>
