Credit and Collection Assistant

General Responsibilities:

The Solutions Designer/Business Analyst serves as the overall technical lead for assigned projects. This role is responsible for translating high-level architectural designs into detailed technical solutions, leading the technical implementation, and ensuring end-to-end system integration and delivery that meets business and operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Leads the creation of the Solution Plan (SP) based on the High-Level Solution (HLS) provided by the Solution Architect.</li>
	<li>Collaborates with the System Analyst to break down the HLS into actionable technical packages across applications and components.</li>
	<li>Works closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Business Analyst (BA) to refine and validate business and technical requirements.</li>
	<li>Reviews and validates the Detailed Functional Specification (DFS) with the System Analyst to ensure alignment with the planned solution.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Network Engineers, and Security teams to ensure holistic and secure end-to-end system design.</li>
	<li>Oversees the setup of testing and production environments in collaboration with System Administrators and Database Administrators through the System Analyst.</li>
	<li>Supports the Systems Analyst during the production handover process.</li>
	<li>Leads technical readiness activities, ensuring support teams are prepared to manage the system post-deployment.</li>
	<li>Oversees cutover planning and execution for deploying system enhancements into production.</li>
	<li>Provides technical leadership during the stabilization period after deployment, managing escalations and production issues.</li>
	<li>Partners with the PM and Service Management team to monitor system performance and assist with project closeout and knowledge transfer</li>
