	<li>Verify all supporting documents to ensure they meet embassy or consulate requirements.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications to embassies or authorized agents.</li>
	<li>Ensure all visa applications comply with data protection and confidentiality standards</li>
	<li>Schedule appointments and arrange for submission or collection at embassies or visa centers</li>
	<li>Track and update the status of ongoing applications and keep customers informed.</li>
	<li>Liaise with embassy staff or third-party agencies to clarify application requirements or resolve issues.</li>
	<li>Verify completeness and accuracy of visa applications before submission.</li>
	<li>Recommend process improvement and escalate complex or urgent cases to the Visa Supervisor.</li>
