Li Auto PH is looking for a Finance and Accounting Officer who will play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work closely with both local teams and Chinese counterparts in a fast-paced automotive startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Track and record all business expenses – including operations, payroll, marketing, logistics, and admin costs</li>
	<li>Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and account reconciliations</li>
	<li>Monitor disbursements, collections, and bank transactions</li>
	<li>Handle payroll computations and government compliance: BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth</li>
	<li>Maintain organized records of all accounting documents and reports</li>
	<li>Assist in budget planning and cost analysis</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Chinese counterparts for financial documentation and approvals</li>
	<li>Support internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance</li>
