I. University-level Business Partnering

<ul>

	<li>Keeps abreast of the latest trends, industry, and general community practices in facilities, utilities, energy management, custodial services, campus development and construction, campus landscape and architecture, grounds management, and waste management.</li>

II. Strategic Facilities Management

	<li>Ensures business continuity by institutionalizing a proactive and preventive maintenance process of our facilities, and monitoring the performance and progress of campus development projects.</li>
	<li>Oversees a comprehensive and integrated framework and guidelines for campus development, looking into infrastructure planning, space planning and utilization, and environment planning.</li>

III. Office Management and Development

	<li>Sets the direction, metrics, and budget for the Office.</li>
	<li>Oversees the development, review, and, if necessary, updating and revision of Office policies, and provides inputs for the development of general Administration cluster policies.</li>
	<li>Monitors and evaluates the Office's processes, systems, programs, and practices to ensure continuous improvement, operational efficiency, adaptive programs, and effective delivery of services.</li>
	<li>Manages the performance of Group Heads and key administrators in the Office, by setting standards/targets, monitoring and evaluating performance, and providing development opportunities.</li>
	<li>Installs systems to ensure alignment of facilities management plans with the University's strategic plans.</li>
	<li>Oversees the coaching and mentoring conducted by the Heads in terms of managing performance, disciplinary actions, and other employee-related management.</li>

	<li>The Senior Construction Management Officer I serves as Project Manager for assigned construction and renovation projects, overseeing the full project cycle from design development review to post-construction turnover.</li>

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Design Development Review

	<li>Reviews plans, details, and specifications with the Planning and Design Section, Project Proponent, and Facilities and Utilities Group during technical workshops and design plan layering to confirm feasibility and identify value engineering and architecture/engineering optimization opportunities. Develops project roadmaps, timelines. Reports peer review and evaluation results to the supervisor.</li>
</ul>

II. Construction Bidding

<ul>
	<li>Advises the Central Purchasing Office on contractor eligibility, pre-qualification, and shortlisting. Prepares and consolidates bidding requirements, including bid documents, plans, specifications, terms of reference, instructions to bidders, and project timelines. Coordinates bidding activities and schedules, assists in pre-bid conferences, issues bid bulletins and plan revisions, supports technical evaluation and recommendation of bids, advises on cost matters for negotiation or awarding, and reviews construction contracts prior to Section Head approval.</li>
</ul>

III. Pre-Construction and Mobilization

<ul>
	<li>Leads pre-construction meetings with the project owner and stakeholders, establishes project protocols, control parameters, reporting systems, and meeting schedules, and briefs winning contractors and suppliers. Arranges contractor down-payment processing, including evaluation of required bonds and insurances, and manages procurement, delivery, storage, handling, and release of owner-supplied materials and ODWs for contractor use.</li>

IV. Project Management

	<li>Implements project monitoring and control to ensure contractors and suppliers meet work, manpower, equipment, fabrication, and delivery schedules. Marketing Strategist

Reporting to the Senior Content Lead, the Content Creator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of TEI's digital content across all active social media platforms. This role shoots, edits, and publishes photo and video content, writes captions and hooks, and maintains the daily content calendar in alignment with the brand's voice and campaign objectives. The Content Creator works as an individual contributor focused on high-quality, on-time execution. This role actively participates in campaign brainstorming, uses AI tools as part of daily production, and provides observational support during agency review cycles under the supervision of the Senior Content Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Content Production &amp; Execution 
• Shoots photo and video content on-site during store visits, brand activations, influencer events, 
and marketing campaigns. 
• Edits raw footage into platform-ready, engaging short-form content using CapCut, native social 
platform editors, and basic Adobe Premiere Pro. 
• Designs supplementary marketing materials and daily social assets using Canva and accessible 
design tools. 
• Writes engaging captions, hooks, and supporting copy for all posts and campaigns — including basic 
scripts for assigned content. 
• Follows provided scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs closely and delivers outputs within 24 hours 
of each shoot.

 
2. Content Strategy, Calendar Management &amp; Publishing 
• Maintains a structured content calendar and manages daily posting schedules across all active social media platforms per the provided schedule.

• Ensures strict consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all published outputs. 
• Monitors daily and weekly social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, audience 
response) and submits a weekly summary report to the Senior Content Lead. 
• Applies current social media trends, viral audio, and audience behavior insights to optimize ongoing 
content. 
• Utilizes AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) for content ideation, caption writing, and

3. Campaign Support &amp; Agency Coordination

• Coordinates with the marketing and creative team to align on content planning and execution 
strategies. 
• Participates in weekly agency review and approval cycles in an observational and feedback capacity, 
coordinating on content alignment under direct supervision of the Senior Content Lead. 
• Provides constructive written feedback on external agency outputs via internal communication channels and Google Meet.

 
4. Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization 
• Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of published content and provides actionable insights for improvement to the Senior Content Lead. 
• Applies learnings from engagement data to improve future content quality and posting strategy.

I. General Description of the Position

The UI/UX designer focuses on creating user-friendly and visually appealing digital products by designing both the user interface (UI) and the overall user experience (UX)

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful, he/she must have experience with design software and wireframe tools, both in web and mobile applications. Ultimately, he/she creates both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

II. Summary of Responsibilities

As a Jr. UI/UX Designer, he/she is expected to perform the following duties;

	<li>Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers</li>
	<li>Illustrates design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps</li>
	<li>Develops user flows to map out the step-by-step journey users take within a product</li>
	<li>Writes user stories that define user goals, needs, and pain points</li>
	<li>Collaborates with product managers to align user flows with business objectives</li>
	<li>Designs graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets</li>
	<li>Builds page navigation buttons and search fields</li>
	<li>Develops UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look</li>
	<li>Develops intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.</li>
	<li>Creates original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)</li>
	<li>Prepares and presents rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders</li>
	<li>Identifies and troubleshoots UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)</li>
	<li>Conducts layout adjustments based on user feedback</li>
	<li>Adheres to style standards on typography, colors, and images</li>
	<li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the design process</li>
	<li>Participates in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.</li>
	<li>Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel, analogous worlds.</li>
	<li>Researches and tracks advancements in web and mobile application design patterns.</li>
	<li>Breaks any design problem down into viable, actionable chunks and solves them with clarity and precision.</li>
	<li>Stays in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the web and mobile design field.</li>
	<li>Utilizes AI-powered design and productivity tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, ideation, research, content generation, wireframing, and design exploration</li>
	<li>Reviews, validates, and refines AI-generated outputs to ensure originality, usability, brand alignment, and business relevance</li>
	<li>Applies critical thinking when using AI-assisted workflows and avoids overreliance on generated solutions</li>
	<li>Documents and communicates AI-assisted processes transparently when applicable</li>
	<li>Continuously explores emerging AI tools, automation workflows, and best practices relevant to UI/UX design and product development</li>
	<li>Reports to the Chief Innovations Officer and/or Business Unit Head.</li>
