Five Corners Ventures Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, was incorporated in the Philippines and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 29 September 1995. Operating at the 10th Floor of the Ayala Life-FGU Building, Madrigal Business Park in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, the company began to play a strategic role in revolutionizing the way communities are created. 

By 26 February 2002, while in the planning stage of its very first development and with approval of its Board of Directors, the company
took on the name Community Innovations, Inc. (CII). The SEC approved the change in the company’s name on 08 March 2002. It was a move that reinforced the company’s commitment to providing specially-designed
living environments for the unique needs of its discerning market.

Along with the new name was a prominent new office address –the 18th floor of Tower One & Exchange Plaza, Ayala Avenue
in Makati City, the Philippines’ premier business and financial hub. Community Innovations officially opened its door for commercial operations on 01 March 2002, and since then, evolved into one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the country.
As the company’s dedication to its customers deepened, the qualities that defined it as a real estate company had likewise risen to a whole new level – sharper foresight, unparalleled excellence and total commitment.

To mark this milestone, on 23 July 2008, the company changed its name from Community Innovations to one that reaches out to a wider aspect of living, Alveo Land Corp. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio, including condominiums, residential lots, office spaces, and commercial properties in the Philippines. The role involves assisting clients throughout the sales process, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally.
