Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitive products and market data, including installed base statistics, to position products optimally in the market and support sales strategies.

Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver convincing product presentations tailored to management, colleagues, sales teams, and customers, fostering interest and engagement with the product.

Marketing Support: Assist during company marketing initiatives, such as trade exhibits, field promotions, and other activities, to showcase the product’s value and drive customer interest.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide service marketing and administrative support, ensuring cohesive alignment across departments to boost overall product success.

Training and Development: Attend all relevant training and seminars, both locally and internationally, to ensure product knowledge remains current and competitive.

Leadership in Product Marketing: Take charge of marketing activities directly related to the assigned product, coordinating with other teams to amplify product reach.

The Quality and Sustainability Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the policies for MICE Service Partners and Accredited Caterers are being maintained in all SMX Convention Center branches. 

Sales Culture:

Ensures the quality of the food being served during events to maintain exceptional satisfaction on Post Event Survey Form.

Customer Service:

Coordinates and collaborates with the Branch Heads to ensure consistent and strict implementation on caterers and food quality policies.

Expense Management:

Eliminate any potential threat to any emergencies and risks related to food related incidents

Efficiently contribute to energy-saving and waste disposal reduction of costs.

Financial Success:

Plans, organizes, and controls procurement and utilization of all Quality and Sustainability supplies, activities, and programs.

Quality and Sustainability Manager

Responsible for the effective execution of data management projects that require building systems to collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for business analysts to interpret, supporting the analytics requirements of the Data Analytics Team and its customers. This role works closely with business analysts, data scientists, data stewards, domain experts, and IT/infrastructure teams to understand data needs, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions.

Key Accountabilities

1. Data Modeling and Design 
a. Conducts data modeling and analysis, and develops detailed data models (e.g., using Python scripting, data warehousing, and SQL platforms, with knowledge of Talend or similar ETL tools). 
b. Develops automated systems for managing power industry and wholesale electricity spot market datasets. 
c. Maintains databases and computing environments, and administers database utilities.

2. Data Integration and Interoperability 
a. Gathers and organizes power industry-related and customer-specific data from multiple sources. 
b. Ingests and transforms raw electrical data from Remote Energy Monitoring (IoT devices), cleanses and normalizes it to create a standardized data layer ready for analytics. 
c. Monitors and manages how applications and users access and interact with databases to ensure smooth data flow and optimal system performance. 
d. Provides possible scenarios and recommendations for process improvement and streamlining within the team. 
e. Ensures consistent and accurate information is produced and delivered to various groups within the company; oversees and troubleshoots automated data pipelines and workflows to ensure reliability.

3. Special Projects 
a. Assists in executing the company’s Customer Analytics flagship project by developing use cases that strengthen collaboration across teams. 
b. Works with the product manager and vendors to enrich incoming Remote Energy Monitoring device data, ensuring comprehensive use cases that integrate product, data, operations, and business goals. 
c. Supports projects, protocols, and processes from planning to deployment, liaising with various IT vendors as potential service/system providers and project partners.

Data Engineer

	<li>This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to all the members of the legal team of AP monitoring and updating legal developments, research results, team presentations, and permits, licenses, and authorizations, assisting in research and investigations, liaising with government agencies, collating, generating and preparing reports, and assisting in such other legal-related matters as may be required from time to time.</li>
	<li>Follows up, monitors, and updates the status of permits, licenses, authorizations, and cases involving AP and its BUs/DUs</li>
	<li>Prepares, updates, and implements the Compliance Checklist and other legal audit checklists as may be generated from time to time</li>
	<li>Submits documentary requirements to local government units and national government agencies, and assists in compliance related efforts with such units and agencies</li>
	<li>Conducts legal research on various cases and legal issues</li>
	<li>Updates project-related monitoring database/list and assists Projects Group in preparing reports and presentations</li>
	<li>Accesses and collects data, reports, and other information to ensure case/issue resolution</li>
	<li>Ensures safekeeping all contracts of external legal counsels and all legal-related documents</li>
	<li>Drafts agreements and letters, updates contracts, and prepares inter-office memos</li>
	<li>Coordinates with and assists external legal counsels in gathering information and case evidence, identifying and coordinating with witnesses, and collating documents to be used during hearings</li>
	<li>Coordinates with local government and government agencies concerning permits and licenses and builds relationships</li>
	<li>Updates the Summary of Cases and other summaries, reports, and presentations required by the Legal team</li>
	<li>Coordinates, liaises, and meets with external counsels, business units, and companies of the Group, courts, and other quasi-judicial agencies</li>
