The Retail Trading Specialist is responsible for the implementation and execution of the contracts of the Retail team through bilateral contract quantity (BCQ) declaration and processes that will minimize the cost of goods sold by the Retail Team. Solar Project Development Specialist

The Technical Compliance Specialist is responsible for the licensing, accreditation and documentary &amp; technical compliances of the Company and other Business Units with the relevant agencies, including but not limited to, the DOE, ERC, PEZA, BIR and BOI. The position will also assist in fulfilling the documentary compliance requirements needed by the Retail Energy Services and Solutions Team as necessary for such projects and transactions with the same external stakeholders. The position is also responsible for maintaining AdventEnergy and APX’s registration and compliance with PEZA.

 

The Technical Compliance Specialist will facilitate and secure with the DOE the Solar Energy Operating Contract (SEOC) of each APX solar project. The position will also assist in securing with the ERC the corresponding Certificate of Compliance (COC) for each APX project needed in the commencement of its operations.

Will be the principal member of the O&amp;M services staff and, as such, assists the Plant Supervisor in the operation and service functions of the PV plant delegated to them. The primary responsibility of the Plant Engineer is for the operation and maintenance services, development, execution, inspection, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of the work safely, with quality, and within schedule and budget objectives. The Engineer also ensures that all engineering disciplines are met according to customer criteria and scope of work.

Under the supervision of the Central Facilities Management Office Director, the Facilities and Utilities Group Head provides oversight of the following functional sections:

The Test and Diagnostics Supervisor will be responsible to oversee and coordinate electrical testing and diagnostic activities across Hedcor group. As the Electrical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained, tested, and repaired to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

Electrical Test and Diagnostics Supervisor | For Pangasinan or Central Luzon

The Maintenance Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities of the renewable energy plant, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the plant's systems. The successful candidate will supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinating their efforts to meet maintenance schedules, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications..

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

1. Plant Performance, Uptime, and Transparency:

	<li>Supervise Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) activities to ensure system reliability, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.</li>
	<li>Monitor plant performance from project to program level, promoting system transparency through dashboards and other communication tools to keep stakeholders informed on plant health and status.</li>

QAQC Electrical Specialist for O&M

The position holder is responsible for supporting the RE and ESS Manager on the overall project development processes which would include the feasibility studies, identifying and citing of project facilities, initial &amp; detailed survey, geotechnical investigations and analysis, design development, project optimization, establishing the investment case, coordinating offtake agreements, project financing, preparation of specifications and tendering of the projects. Also included within this stage is the close coordination with the Stakeholder Relations and Compliance (SRC) Team for the social compliance processes, regulatory compliance and securing of the necessary permits from various government agencies

	<li>Provide support in the coordination with Engineering and Commercial Teams the detailed design of the project, division into tender packages and the tendering process through to the award of the contracts to the various contractors subject to the agreement of the project delivery strategy.</li>

	<li>Provides support on monitoring to ensure key project deliverables are being met in order to comply with the financing Conditions Precedent as per the loan agreement.</li>

RE + BESS Project Development Specialist

The position is responsible for providing legal support in all matters assigned by the Senior Associate General Counsels, VP Legals and/or Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, as the case may be, to meet the requirements of the various AP Units, and to ensure that the AP BUs and CSUs are properly advised and protected from significant legal exposure.

In certain instances, the Associate General Counsel may be assigned on an exclusive or dedicated basis and for a predetermined period, to support the requirements of specific BU or CSU within AP, reporting directly to the BU or CSU head, under the general supervision of the VP Legal or Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Associate General Counsel

The position holder is responsible for providing support to the Renewable Energy Project Development and Execution (RE PDE) Team on the different phases of the day-to-day processes in acquiring various permits, documents, lands, and rights of lands for the transmission structures and road right of way by planning, managing, and implementing in order to achieve the objectives of ARI. 

The position holder secures and organizes necessary documents, permits, and other requirements needed in acquiring rights of way over the lands and practicing due diligence. 

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

	<li>Assist in the coordination with technical, engineering, legal support teams the identification of potential routes for transmission line and access roads that meet the requirements and collaborate in determining the pain points and potential legal risks and executes plans based on direction set by RE PDE team leaders. </li>
	<li>Assists in the management of commercial and legal risks throughout the transmission line and access road right of way acquisition process, and participates in ensuring that ARI’s interest is protected and that the project objectives are met transparently and sustainably. Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s physical infrastructure and facilities of the company. This includes ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and well-maintained for employees, clients, and visitors. 

Duties and Responsibilities

	<li>Act as Deputy of Facilities Department and Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Property Manager</li>
	<li>Implement repairs and maintenance-related concern of all properties of the company and the owner</li>
	<li>Responsible for daily maintenance, inspection, monitoring and operation of the common area including all machineries and equipment of specific properties to ensure uninterrupted service to the company and tenants</li>
	<li>Handle technical problems and concern's of the company's tenants and company-owned buildings</li>
	<li>Provide technical support to ensure timely compliance of building permits and other regulatory requirements</li>
	<li>Assist the property manager on reportorial requirements in DENR relation to Pollution Control Officer responsibility</li>
	<li>Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance program of properties of the company </li>
	<li>Provides recommendation for special projects and improvements of company properties</li>
	<li>In charge of project implementation and completion</li>
	<li>Review signing of plans, designs and other documents related to his/her field or area of expertise</li>

Facilities Officer

The Media Relations Specialist will support the Public Relations AVP in strengthening the corporate reputation with media, PR-related associations, and other identified stakeholders.

He/She will establish, grow and maintain relationships with press, broadcast, and other 
industry influencers with interests in energy, sustainability, technology, and business.

He/she will do this by writing, seeding, tracking, monitoring and measuring the stories released to the media, and developing media relations programs and crisis communication.
