You will work directly with Christian Besler, a health-tech veteran with 20+ years experience and degree from Columbia University, and Nathaniel Ricca, a Harvard Business School graduate who previously built and scaled a Y Combinator-backed startup.

Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive high-ownership execution across frontend and backend and to help shape the platform’s technical foundation. You will make architectural contributions, deliver complex features end-to-end from a technical standpoint, improve engineering workflows, and mentor teammates. This role is suited for someone who wants their technical scope to grow over time through demonstrated impact.

Time commitment: This role is expected to consistently exceed 40 hours per week due to the scope of ownership, delivery urgency, and the expectation of demonstrable capability to grow responsibilities over time.

Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Healthcare Staffing Account Manager (B2B) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Moongig’s healthcare staffing solutions. 
Unlike traditional pharma or medical device sales, this role focuses on selling a workforce solution—helping healthcare providers quickly find and deploy the right healthcare professionals to fill urgent vacancies through the Moongig platform. 
You will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, identifying staffing pain points, and positioning Moongig as the trusted partner for healthcare staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development &amp; Sales

<ul>
	<li>Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital, clinic, and healthcare facility accounts</li>
	<li>Present and position Moongig’s staffing platform as a strategic solution to workforce shortages</li>
	<li>Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and platform walkthroughs with HR leaders, department heads, and hospital administrators</li>
	<li>Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing</li>
	<li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li>

Account Management &amp; Client Retention
