	<li>Ensures all needed tools, spare parts, equipment and operating supplies are defined, maintained and sourced out properly/timely to keep an appropriate inventory level and source are known/available.</li>
	<li>Implements consistent housekeeping maintenance at all times and compliance to all safety rules and regulations that are appropriate for operating/monitoring/maintaining equipment and machinery.</li>
	<li>Monitors and controls the cost of operating and maintaining equipment and treatment programs including finding ways to improve tools/equipment performance, utilization and manpower productivity.</li>
	<li>Motivates and encourages subordinates towards continuous performance improvement, compliance to safety rules and regulations through coaching and direct supervision and performance appraisal/reviews.</li>
	<li>Ensures all aspects of the Engineering Department’s needs are covered in the preparation of the annual budget.</li>
