	<li>Assess areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective business units have been at implementing its controls into practices</li>
	<li>Establish and implement a Risk Management Policy</li>
	<li>Review internal controls, policies and procedures for effectiveness</li>
	<li>Periodic review and audit of all department policies, procedures and processes and ensure that these are updated and implemented</li>
	<li>Assess performance of external vendors and suppliers and ensure that accreditation process is followed</li>
