What you'll do:

	<li>Target Setting:

		<li>Assist in setting monthly sales targets based on historical sales trends per month per class category and store performance.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Sales Data Analysis:
	<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
		<li>Monitor sell-through of all collections launched within the past six months.</li>
		<li>Generate monthly sales reports for assigned categories.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Demand Planning and Execution for New Collections:
	<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
		<li>Collaborate in proposing collection budgets based on historical sales trends.</li>
		<li>Assist in planning upcoming collection demand by analyzing class type, sub-class types, sizes, fabric, color, and design/styles.</li>
		<li>Support in proposing store budgets aligned with the total demand planned for upcoming collections.</li>
		<li>Assist in allocating inventory to stores and online platforms based on targets.</li>
		<li>Coordinate with Production and Quality Control departments to ensure the availability of new collections before the launch date.</li>
		<li>Coordinate with the Distribution Department to align delivery schedules based on allocation.</li>
		<li>Generate reports comparing transfer orders versus out slips for new collections.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Inventory Management:
	<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
		<li>Analyze monthly inventory and three-month average sales to identify Months to Sell (MTS).</li>
		<li>Facilitate the repeat of available stocks from the warehouse and pull-out from other stores based on demand.</li>
		<li>Identify and consolidate low and broken on-hand quantities per style in all stores to the store with the highest sales demand.</li>
		<li>Support markdown strategies based on a markdown calendar and propose markdowns based on remaining on-hand quantities and sell-through rates.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Competitors Check:
	<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
		<li>Conduct regular competitor checks through online research and physical store visits.</li>
	</ul>
