Role Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a US Estimator with a focus on HVAC components. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and collaborating with US-based teams, vendors, and project managers. Key Responsibilities

	<li>Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC systems and components (ductwork, grills, fans, heaters, air handlers, etc.).</li>
	<li>Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for HVAC, commercial painting, and architectural millwork projects.</li>
	<li>Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with budgets.</li>
	<li>Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, assumptions, and vendor communications.</li>
	<li>Utilize construction takeoff software (Togal AI, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.) for HVAC components.</li>
	<li>Oversee system updates, access, and technical issue resolution.</li>
