In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies that enhance the brand presence and reputation of our premium skincare products.

What you'll be doing

<ul>
	<li>Helps the Brand Marketing Manager in ideation of marketing strategies to drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement </li>
	<li>Executes approved marketing plans, including messaging, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.</li>
	<li>Collaborates marketing plan roll outs with clinic operations and creative team to ensure success of new product/treatment launches.</li>
	<li>Conducts market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies and recommendations.</li>
	<li>Collaborates with clinic operations to develop effective go-to-market strategies that are aligned between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.</li>
	<li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with external partners (advertising agencies, media outlets, etc)</li>
	<li>Tracks the marketing budget (ROAS) and ensures maximization of ROI and marketing impact.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align plans and campaigns with overall business objectives.</li>
	<li>Monitors marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to Brand Marketing Manager on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
	<li>Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.</li>
