Through a nationwide IT infrastructure consisting of the development of software for formal business processes, the establishment of a huge data powerhouse, the interconnection of LTO's almost 300 offices, the delivery of all hardware and equipment, and the provision of operating and support services throughout the entire concession agreement, which is now in its extension period, STRADCOM provides a service to government consistent with the provisions of the BOT Privatization Law (in particular, a Build-Own-Operate <BOO> contractual scheme), while establishing a solid business model built on the generation and collection of service revenues from the transacting public.

	<li>Project Planning and Management
	<ol>
		<li>Assist in the development, planning and management of special projects and events led by the Manager- Head of Community Relations. Tasks includes:
		<ol>
			<li>Preparing detailed reports on timelines; and,</li>
			<li>Preparing comprehensive reports for pre-production, production and post production.</li>
		</ol>
		</li>
	</ol>
	</li>
	<li>Event Coordination
	<ol>
		<li>Assist in the organization of company events which may include:
		<ol>
			<li>Logistics;</li>
			<li>Budgeting;</li>
			<li>Engaging with contractors and suppliers; and,</li>
			<li>Research for venues.</li>
		</ol>
		</li>
	</ol>
	</li>
	<li>Communication
	<ol>
		<li>Serves as a liaison between divisions, the company and the external stakeholders in effectively communicating project goals and progress;</li>
		<li>Coordinate with other divisions for internal projects and requirements; and,</li>
		<li>Coordinate with external stakeholders for project requirements, sponsorship requests and donations.</li>

	</li>
	<li>Other Tasks
	<ol>
		<li>Assist in ExCom and ManCom planning meetings led by the division;</li>
		<li>Do administrative work which includes:
		<ol>
			<li>Preparing of Request for Payments (RFPs);</li>
			<li>Preparing Cash Advance requests;</li>
			<li>Preparing Expense Reports;</li>
			<li>Preparing Purchase Requisitions;</li>
			<li>Preparing Acknowledgement Receipts for transmittals; and,</li>
			<li>Prepare Sponsorship/Donations monitoring report.</li>

		<li>May perform job related tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.</li>
