Under the supervision of the Campus Development and Construction Group Head, the Planning and Design Head oversees the planning, design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the roads, buildings, installations, and related systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

I. Section Management and Development

<ul>
	<li>Sets the direction of the Planning and Design Section and determines its operational goals in alignment with the Group goals, Office goals and Cluster mandates</li>
	<li>Prepares and monitors the Section’s budget and expenditures and recommends cost effective solutions for the Office</li>
	<li>Manages the performance of employees in the Section by setting standards/targets, monitoring, and evaluating performance, and providing development opportunities</li>

II. Campus Master Plan Management

	<li>Oversees the conduct of feasibility and environmental planning studies, ensuring a financially and functionally viable and sustainable project, recommending ways to optimize space and utility usage</li>
	<li>Assists in the review, creation, and revision of a comprehensive and integrated framework and guidelines for campus development, looking into infrastructure planning, space planning and utilization, and environment planning</li>
	<li>Keeps abreast of national and international standards in the professional, as well as government regulations, and ensures that the Campus Master Plan adheres to such yardsticks</li>
	<li>Creates guidelines and policies on sustainable design standards balancing aesthetics, functionality, and safety</li>

III. Facilities Planning and Evaluation

	<li>Evaluates resource facility systems in the University to check compliance with government laws and codes, University standards, and best practices</li>

IV. Construction and Renovation Projects

The Senior Graphic Design Officer is responsible for leading the visual execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints. Campaign &amp; E-commerce Design

Adarna House is currently in need of a Multimedia Designer, responsible for conceptualizing and producing marketing graphics, video, and motion graphics. What you’ll do:

 

As a Senior Designer for the Agent Image Brand Marketing Team, you are expected to:

Focus on projects including but not limited to brand assets, company websites, landing pages, print advertising, sales presentations, event collateral, email marketing campaigns, and social media creatives — ensuring that all designs produced are of top quality and meet Agent Image Design Standards.

Work independently and collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team for creative and innovative ideas that will promote our brands and the overall reception and experience of our clients.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud software and know a great deal of the tools that the software provides, to create, edit, and compose your design concepts/comps.

Have good background knowledge of digital marketing, website structure, and visual hierarchy, keeping in mind how your designs can be translated into full, working, viewable media

Know a great deal of photo editing and manipulation techniques in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom

Expertise in branding, logo creation, design systems, and development of themes/templates

Be able to articulate concepts and projects internally through brainstorming, alignment and presentation meetings

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tips, and tricks in design, marketing and AI-assisted technology

Be collaborative with your co-designers and to share resources that may benefit the team as a whole

The UI/UX Designer guides the design and user experience of new product features and existing enhancements within the web and mobile applications. The UI/UX Designer designs interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use for a highly customizable system. The main task is to conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and then use the gathered information to create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
