A Senior Multimedia Artist is someone with high level skill and mastery on graphic imaging technologies to produce creative materials. The role is needed for production of assets with particular focus on, but not limited to, digital and dynamic materials.

 
Who will you be making assets for?

We have a wide range of clients – from popular pharmaceutical brands to lesser-known niche medications, restaurants and FMCG food brands, skin care and feminine care brands, and “masa” brands encountered every day. You’ll have the opportunity to work on creative content executions for these brands and occasionally be involved in ideating for their campaigns as well.

What types of creative output/involvement will be required from you?

<ul>
	<li>Key visuals for minor to major marketing campaigns</li>
	<li>Static and dynamic materials that would make use of knowledge on design fundamentals (balance, typography, colors, creativity), technical skills (vector illustration, image manipulation, video editing, etc), and knowledge on varied and emerging digital platforms (Tiktok, IG, etc)</li>
	<li>Engagement with the team for briefings, alignments, brainstormings, and presentations</li>
	<li>Creative proposal materials/supplements such as storyboards, mood/concept board, rationale, etc</li>
	<li>Other brand assets like logos, brand guide, templates, etc</li>
	<li>Possible involvement in production (i.e. overseeing / attending pre and post prod meetings, joining photo/video shoot, etc)</li>
	<li>Possible mentoring of junior artists</li>
	<li>Perform other related duties as required or assigned

They will be responsible in end-to-end project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners to execute plans &amp; projects.

Job Responsibilities:

	<li>Conducts project supervision, monitoring, and inspection.</li>
	<li>Prepares feasibility study of projects which entails gathering of necessary data, internal coordination with involved departments, and liaising to external resources.</li>
	<li>Conducts site visits and ocular inspections soon to open and existing stores and facilities.</li>
	<li>Reviews design and layout of the projects and provide necessary inputs.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with appropriate contractors on the design of the project such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural designers.</li>
	<li>Prepares final design plans with BOQ and accredits appropriate contractors and bidding of quotations with due approval.</li>
	<li>Ensures the timely delivery of complete project requirements in order to meet project deadlines.</li>
	<li>Creates progress reports and regularly provides update to stakeholders.</li>
	<li>Conducts punch listing for proper turnover together with project partners.</li>
	<li>Prepares requisitions of necessary items, request for payment, and work completion report and endorses to Project Head and Top Management.</li>
	<li>Regularly coordinates with Contractors, Project Management Head, and Support &amp; Operations Team.</li>
	<li>Prepares necessary permits and plans needed.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with point persons on environmental permit requirements and WWTP plans.</li>
	<li>Liaises to local government agencies in order to meet regulatory requirements.</li>
	<li>Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the immediate head.</li>
