Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare settings
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Strong understanding of homecare operations and regulatory requirements
  • Preferred PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Knowledge of homecare billing and reimbursement processes.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Project Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for homecare initiatives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff, administrative personnel, and technology teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion

Operations & Coordination

  • Collaborate with homecare coordinators, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to streamline workflows
  • Manage implementation of new homecare programs, technologies, and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and relevant parties
  • Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve service delivery

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure projects align with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements
  • Support accreditation and licensing activities
