- Encode Accounting System data.
- Assist in the preparation of General Statements of Accounts (SOA) for Principal and ensure timely submission.
- Verify and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients regarding billing and account inquiries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in Accounting, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Accounting Softwares and MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to details, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
