Interns  

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications Intern:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Support content creation for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Help analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

HR Intern:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation.
• Help with organizing training sessions and employee events.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.

Media Intern:

• Support media relations efforts by drafting press releases, media kits, and other materials.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage.
• Assist with social media management and content planning.
• Help coordinate media events, interviews, and other PR activities.

Graphic Design Intern:

• Assist in creating visual content for marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• Help design promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Work with the design team to produce creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help bring creative ideas to life.

• A student or recent grad in Marketing, Communications, HR, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Passionate about storytelling, branding, and people-centric marketing
• Familiar with basic tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn across multiple departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
