- Build and manage client relationships with owners, architects, and contractors to identify project opportunities
- Conduct site inspections, prepare technical proposals, traffic analysis, and accurate cost quotations
- Lead negotiations, manage bids, review contracts, and coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and assist in collections and documentation to support end-to-end sales delivery
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction or technical sales industry
- An engineering degree is preferred
- Background in HVAC or elevator/escalator sales is a strong advantage
- Candidates must reside within or be willing to be assigned to any of the following areas:
- Western Visayas – Panay, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Negros, Siquijor
- Western Mindanao – Zamboanga, SoCCSKSarGen, BARMM
- NCR – Pasig, Pateros, Rizal, Marikina
- NCR – Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Bulacan, Clark, Pampanga, Bataan
- South Luzon – Laguna West, Calauan, Los Baños, East Luzon to East Quezon
- North & Central Luzon – Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Zambales, North Luzon
