Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources and Office Administration for our operations in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, day-to-day HR operations, and general administrative functions, including office leasing, renovations, facilities management, and compliance with local regulations.
Human Resources
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with regional HR to ensure alignment on policies and procedures
- Monitor employee benefits, leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination with finance
Administration & Facilities
- Manage office lease agreements, renewals, and coordinate office setup and renovations as needed
- Handle general office administration including utilities, office supplies, vendor contracts, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with IT teams/vendors to ensure proper setup and maintenance of technical infrastructure
- Ensure proper handling of business permits, compliance certificates, and all required documentation
- Liaise with government agencies and external service providers as necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and administrative regulations Internal
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and facility tools is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Filipino language proficiency is an advantage
